Join our dynamic team as an Assistant Branch Manager in our Contact Center. Lead and manage a team to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to maintain high standards of customer service
- Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and productivity
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
