Assistant Branch Manager

About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for providing a superior level of member relations and promoting the sales and service culture through coaching, guidance, and staff motivation. You will achieve individual and branch sales goals through new business sales, referrals, and retention of account relationships. Assist the Branch Manager in the development of new deposits and loan business. Supervise the efficient daily operations of the branch, including operations, lending, product sales, member service, and security and safety in accordance with the Credit Union’s objectives.

- Assist the Branch Manager in developing new deposits and loan business.
- Supervise daily branch operations, including lending, product sales, member service, and security.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or four years of equivalent work experience.
- Two years of experience in a sales position promoting products and services.
- Valid state driver’s license and insurance.
- Experience coaching and motivating a team (preferred).
- Track record of successful sales.
- Strong interpersonal skills, maturity, and good judgment.
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
- Professional appearance and positive personal projection.
- Ability to work in a complex, competitive, and rapidly changing environment.
- Ability to analyze and resolve situations independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate effectively, and set deadlines.
- Compliance with TruStone Financial’s SAFE Act Policy, including fingerprint submission, FBI background check, and NMLS registration.
- Compliance with Bank Secrecy Act and all its provisions.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and various background checks.
- Regular and reliable attendance at the workplace.
Schedule
40 hours per week, Monday through Friday between 8:15 AM – 5:15 PM, with rotating Saturdays from 8:45 AM – 1:15 PM at the Burnsville Nicollet branch location. Exempt position.
Pay
The salary range for this position is $54,500.00 to $75,000 per year.
