About the role
The Assistant Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a retail setting.
Responsibilities
- Oversee store operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Perform inventory management and maintain stock levels.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Experience with inventory management systems.
- Knowledge of retail operations and customer service best practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
