Assistant Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking an extremely self-motivated, responsible, and sales-driven professional with a passion for customer service to join our team as an Assistant Branch Manager for our Auburn Branches.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Branch Manager in establishing specific goals for the department
• Run the internal sales program
• Determine work procedures and expedite workflow
• Ensure department compliance with all operating policies and procedures
• Directly supervise assigned personnel
• Communicate with appropriate personnel and provide periodic reports

Requirements

• Associate’s Degree in a related field of study
• Minimum of four (4) years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient interpersonal relations, communicative, and sales skills
• Passion for providing superior customer service

Pay

$22.00 to $30.80 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications. (Range may be adjusted for applicants with significant experience.)
