About the Role
Provide support to the Branch Manager in developing teams to meet or exceed sales goals through leadership, analysis, maximizing loan applications, customer service, and effective account collections. Assist the Manager in the daily administration of the branch, preparing situational and statistical reports on operations while ensuring compliance with policies, procedures, and applicable laws. This position travels within District 501.
Requirements
- Associate degree or 2 years of university studies
- Basic supervision knowledge
- Knowledge of financial products
- Ability to work with the public, service-oriented, and goal-driven
- Leadership skills
- Oral and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze and make decisions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Ability to work in a team
Responsibilities
- Prepare and deliver daily branch results
- Control sensitive information such as personal IDs, social security numbers, and contracts
- Maintain control of the vault, checks, keys, passbooks, and documents
- Disburse loans
- Manage attendance, tardiness, schedules, and payroll
- Conduct random audits
- Handle first collections for new employees
- Digitize case files
- File documents, checks, and contracts
- Make calls for approved loan applications
- Open and close the branch
