About the Role

As an Assistant Branch Manager, you will be instrumental in building and leading a high-performing team during a critical growth phase. You will:

• Drive sales performance and deliver outstanding member experiences
• Support day-to-day branch operations while ensuring compliance standards are met
• Coach, develop, and motivate team members
• Step in to lead the branch in the manager’s absence

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a financial institution, focused on member service
• Prior leadership or management experience preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and sales skills
• A proactive, results-driven mindset with a passion for team success
• Knowledge of lending products and sales strategies
• Ability to obtain FiCEP certification

Training & Travel Requirement

During the training period, regular travel to our existing branches will be required. Locations include Flint, Clio, Davison, Fenton, Orion Township, Clarkston, Swartz Creek, Grand Blanc, and Lapeer.
