Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Branch Manager on daily branch operations.
• Interview members for loan applications and assist with the loan process.
• Resolve member inquiries regarding credit union products or services.
• Provide excellent service to members.
• Perform basic teller or financial transactions.
• Explore opportunities to mentor employees.
• Supervise branch personnel in the absence of the Branch Manager.
• Perform all essential functions of any branch position as needed, including processing transactions, loan interviewing, and completing reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; 2 years of college-level courses preferred.
• 3 years of customer service and cash handling experience.
• Previous experience with a financial institution.
• Minimum 2 years in a team leadership role highly preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to organize and prioritize workflow.
• Experience and knowledge to handle situations in a calm and resolute manner.
