Responsibilities

• Act as a key point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Coordinate service schedules and keep operations running smoothly
• Track service timelines and ensure deadlines are met
• Communicate with customers to provide updates and build strong relationships
• Support daily branch operations and learn how a service business runs end-to-end
