Assistant Branch Manager

About the role

We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and awesome personality to assist in directing, coordinating, and managing Credit Union activities in a branch setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality service to members in account transactions, loan applications, new accounts, and selecting products and services.
• Aid in maintaining a highly motivated, well-trained staff and maintaining effective employee relations.
• Resolve employee and member problems.
• Act as a loan officer for the branch.
• Aid in managing the security and safety of the branch.

• To successfully complete and pass the eligibility requirements for the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (Safe Act).

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a customer service or management role.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

$24.95 - $31.19 / hour
