Assistant Branch Manager - Airmont, NY
for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections where there is real specific content. We must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (EEO, etc). Must not create sections with placeholder/filler like "commensurate with experience". Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Benefits (list of benefits). It includes Schedule (full-time with hours). It does not mention Pay explicitly (no salary). So we should not include Pay section. Also we have "About The Assistant Branch Manager Role" which is about the role. Could map to "About the role". Also there is a "Why Join Us?" section which is more like benefits/ culture but we have Benefits section for benefits; we could incorporate Why Join Us? into Benefits or maybe a separate section? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content to those headings. "Why Join Us?" could be part of Benefits or maybe we could treat as Benefits? But Benefits heading is for benefits package; we have a list of benefits. The "Why Join Us?" includes supportive workplace, etc. Could be considered part of Benefits or maybe we could add a section "About the role" includes that? Actually "About The Assistant Branch Manager Role" is separate. So we have:
- About the role: content from "About The Assistant Branch Manager Role Join Our Dynamic Banking Team and Lead with Excellence! ..." plus maybe the "Why Join Us?"? But "Why Join Us?" is more about company culture; could be part of Benefits? But we have Benefits heading for benefits package; we could also include culture there? However instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. So we could combine "Why Join Us?" into Benefits or About the role? Probably better to put it under Benefits as it's about why join (culture, benefits). But Benefits heading expects list of benefits; we can still include prose before list. That seems okay.
- Responsibilities: from "Key Responsibilities" bullet list.
- Requirements: from "Qualifications Required" bullet list.
- Qualifications: from "Preferred" bullet list (or maybe we treat Preferred as Qualifications? Actually we have Required and Preferred. Could combine both under Qualifications? But we have separate headings Requirements and Qualifications. Usually Requirements = required qualifications; Qualifications = preferred qualifications. So we can put Required under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications.
- Skills: maybe we could extract skills from responsibilities? But we don't have explicit skills list. Could we create Skills section? The instruction: only include section when posting has real, specific content for it. There's no explicit skills list besides maybe "Excellent verbal communication skills", "Fluent in English; bilingual a plus", "Well-organized and adept at managing multiple priorities", "Team-oriented". Those could be considered skills. But they are already in Qualifications Required. Might be redundant to create Skills section. Better to not create Skills if no dedicated skills list.
- Benefits: list of benefits from "As a valued team member, you will be eligible for a generous compensation and benefits package that includes: ..." plus maybe the Why Join Us? paragraph.
- Schedule: from "Schedule Full-time Position With Hours Aligned To Branch Operations ..." etc.
- Pay: not present, so omit.
We must not include boilerplate like EEO statement, etc.
We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from the posting, but we can reformat.
We need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences.
We'll produce something like:
