About the role

The Assistant Baseball Coach will assist the head coach in all aspects of baseball operations, including game preparation, player development, and team management.

Responsibilities

• Assist in game planning and strategy discussions
• Work with players to improve their skills and performance
• Manage team logistics and travel arrangements
• Attend games and practices as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in sports science, physical education, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of coaching experience at the collegiate level
• Experience with player development and team management
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Qualifications

• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Pass a background check

Skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
