Assistant Coach – Baseball

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 1+ years’ of collegiate coaching experience, preferably at an NCAA institution.
• Ability to manage budget and fundraising experience.
• Record of success in attracting quality student-athletes in a small college environment.

About the Role

This position assists with implementing and managing all phases of a competitive Division II program in accordance with NCAA and Tusculum University regulations.

Skills

• Strong leadership skills.
• Experience with recruiting and developing student-athletes.
• Ability to manage a budget and secure funding.
• Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations.
