Assistant Athletic Performance Coach

Roles and Responsibilities

• Routinely works with student-athletes implementing training plans to optimize athletic development
• Teach, build relationships, motivate, and track progression of student-athletes
• Design annual training plans to meet the unique demands of each student-athlete and sport
• Constantly communicate with athletic trainers and other members of the performance team to update student-athletes' status
• Mentor volunteer coaches, interns, etc.
• Partake in personal and professional development
