About the role
Two full-time open rank tenure-track faculty positions are available in the Division of Cancer Biology at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. The rank of the appointments (Assistant/Associate/Professor) is open and will be commensurate with the professional accomplishments of the selected applicant. The candidate(s) will join a robust research-focused division comprised of well-funded and highly collaborative faculty.
Responsibilities
- Lead a research group in mechanistic investigation of fundamental questions in cancer biology and/or application of innovative technologies to produce new cancer biology discoveries.
- Other faculty responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- Ph.D., M.D. or equivalent degree.
- Three years of postdoctoral experience.
Qualifications
- Track record demonstrating impactful publications in cancer-relevant research.
- Track record of grant funding, as appropriate for career stage.
