Assistant/Associate/Full Professor of Management
Job Responsibilities
Courses are delivered in face-to-face, online, and hybrid formats. The College offers the following degrees: Bachelor of Business Administration (multiple majors), Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, Master of Business Administration, Professional Master of Business Administration, Master of Science in Human Resource Management with People Analytics, Master of Science in Leadership, and Master of International Business.
The management curriculum includes courses in business ethics, organizational behavior, international business, organizational theory, operations management, power and negotiation, business policy, and global business strategy. The successful candidate will be a strong and active academic contributor for the full scope of management curriculum, with an emphasis on graduate level curriculum to support the MBA and PBMA programs.
- Provide excellent teaching to undergraduate and graduate students in a variety of delivery formats;
- Actively integrate the Christian faith in teaching;
- Actively engage in scholarly work in their related discipline;
- Engage in various service activities to the College, University, and community.
Qualifications
- Candidates must have an earned PhD or DBA from an AACSB- or ACBSP-accredited university in Management or a closely related business discipline. Rank will be commensurate with qualifications.
- Preference will be given to candidates that have experience with ACBSP accreditation.
- Professional and corporate experience within the candidates discipline or in a related field will be an advantage.
