  • Supervise and support graduate students in their research to complete their dissertations.
  • Participate as a faculty member in the K-12 concentration to support the continued development, implementation, and evaluation of courses in the EDL program, with particular emphasis on the K-12 and higher education concentrations.

  • Preference may be given to individuals with senior-level experience, such as a School District Superintendent, Senior Executive in a Community College, College, or University, a Charter Management CEO, or an Independent School Head of School.
  • Candidates with a background and demonstrated commitment to equity and improving opportunity and outcomes for historically underserved groups are especially desired.

Pay

The annual base salary range for this position is $150,000 - $175,000. When extending an offer of employment, the University of Southern California considers factors such as (but not limited to) the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate’s work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, federal, state, and local laws, contractual stipulations, grant funding, as well as external market and organizational considerations.
