Assistant Asset Manager - Cottage Rentals (Exempt)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough inspections of homes to identify preventative maintenance needs, damage, and safety concerns.
• Develop familiarity with all properties and assigned houses to ensure comprehensive evaluations.
• Document findings with accuracy and attention to detail, submitting reports to the Inspection Manager.
• Identify and report maintenance items that require attention, such as plumbing, electrical, or structural issues.
• Ensure all safety protocols are observed and recommend corrective actions as needed.
• Maintain detailed, organized records of inspections and findings using digital tools.
• Ensure high quality inspections while managing multiple tasks.

Requirements

• Exceptional attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with technology and digital reporting tools.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform prolonged physical activities for extended periods.
• Experience with home maintenance items and the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new tasks.
