Responsibilities

  • Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash requests.
  • Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with their financial needs.
  • Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate record keeping.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures related to banking operations.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).

Qualifications

  • Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.
