Responsibilities
- Process a variety of financial transactions including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cash requests.
- Provide customer service by answering questions and assisting customers with their financial needs.
- Manage cash drawer and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Adhere to all policies and procedures related to banking operations.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (if applicable).
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer service-oriented environment is a plus.
- Knowledge of banking products and services is beneficial.
