Responsibilities
- Aid in weekly/monthly digital analytics/reporting
- Aid with keyword research/blog content/social content development
- Daily internal trafficking of specific job direction
- Communicate with internal creative, digital and production teams as necessary
- Address daily needs of accounts and communicate with clients, potentially serving as the primary point of contact for specific accounts as needed
- Work within deadlines and prioritize clients' needs
- Schedule and attend regular meetings
- Create and distribute meeting agendas before meetings
- Create and distribute meeting reports after meetings
- Initiate all new jobs and provide detailed direction and information to relevant internal departments
- Manage all active jobs, obtain client approvals/feedback as necessary, and follow up with the internal team to meet deadlines
- Track assigned clients' jobs and distribute weekly status reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree (BA or BS) required
- Experience in advertising, digital marketing or related field a plus
- Experience with social media engagement management
- Experience using Google Analytics or similar reporting platforms
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to effectively collaborate with all agency disciplines
- Basic presentation skills
