Assistant Account Manager

Responsibilities

• Aid Account Managers in managing project schedules, deliverables, and milestones.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Support project planning activities including timeline development and resource allocation.
• Support communication between internal teams and external stakeholders or customers.
• Help ensure alignment between project requirements and operational capabilities.
• Maintain project documentation including schedules, reports, and status updates.
• Track project changes and support change control processes.
• Identify potential project risks and escalate issues to Project Manager as needed.
• Assist with implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Support resolution of project obstacles to maintain project timelines.
