About the role

Committed to student learning by ensuring student access to programs and services, helping to remove barriers to student enrollment and progression, and supporting and assisting students with achieving their educational goals.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a student caseload encouraging achievement of goals through self-assessment, reflection and connection to campus and community resources, with the goal of graduation
• Assists with the developing and coordinating recruiting, outreach, and engagement programming
• Implements strategies related to Student Excellence
• Performs other functionally related duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, preferably in the field of student personnel services, adult learning & development, counseling, guidance, education, or a related field of study
