We need sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule.
We need to decide what goes where.
- About the role: could include description of Assets Protection team and role overview. Could combine "ALL ABOUT ASSETS PROTECTION" and description of role. Use About the role
then paragraphs.
- Responsibilities: list of typical day responsibilities (the bullet list after "As An Assets Protection Specialist, No Two Days Are Ever The Same, But a Typical Day Will Most Likely Include The Following Responsibilities:").
- Requirements: maybe "Must be at least 18 years of age or older, High school diploma or equivalent, Meet any state or local licensure and/or other legal requirements related to the position". Also maybe "Ability to remain mobile for duration of scheduled shift", "Capable of working in varying temperatures", "Climb ladders", "Apprehend subjects", "Scan/handle merchandise up to 40 lbs". These are more like physical requirements.
- Qualifications: maybe education/experience? Could be "High school diploma or equivalent" already in requirements. Could treat qualifications as "Welcoming and helpful attitude, Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, Effective communication skills, Work both independently and with a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment". But these are skills.
- Skills: maybe list of specific skills: using surveillance, video surveillance, implementing AP practices, documenting cases, identifying resolutions, apprehension, etc. Also "Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices", etc.
- Benefits: list health benefits, 401k, employee discount, disability, paid leave, etc.
- Pay: include starting pay range and full pay range, plus note about factors.
- Schedule: mention flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays), not guarantee 40 hours, hours fluctuate, shift length may vary.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". We have actual content.
We need to ensure we don't repeat content unnecessarily.
Let's craft HTML.
We'll start with About the role
then
describing Assets Protection team and role overview. Then
Responsibilities
with- each responsibility.
Then
Requirements
with- for minimum age, HS diploma, licensure, ability to lift 40 lbs, climb ladders, apprehend per policy, work in varying temperatures, remain mobile.
Then
Qualifications
maybe we can combine with Skills? But we need separate headings only if content. Could put Qualifications as education/experience: HS diploma or equivalent (maybe duplicate). But we already have that in Requirements. Might be better to put Qualifications as "Welcoming and helpful attitude, Ability to communicate on multiple frequency devices and operate handheld scanners, Effective communication skills, Work both independently and with a team, Manage workload and prioritize tasks independently, Capability to remain focused and composed in a fast-paced environment". That seems like qualifications. ThenSkills
could be the AP-specific skills: using surveillance/intelligence-led tactics, using video surveillance, implementing AP practices, documenting cases, identifying resolutions, apprehension, etc. But we might overlap. However instructions: prefer few substantive sections over many thin ones. Could combine Qualifications and Skills into one? But we need to follow headings list; we can omit sections if no real specific content. So we could omit Qualifications if we think it's covered elsewhere. But we need to decide. Let's see: The posting includes "What We Are Looking For" includes skills and attitudes. Also "The Role Of An Assets Protection Specialist Can Provide You With The Skills And Experience Of:" list. That's skills. So we can have Skills section for that list. Qualifications could be education/licensure etc. But we already put those in Requirements. Maybe we can move education/licensure to Qualifications and keep Requirements for physical demands. Let's think. Better: Requirements: minimum age, HS diploma, licensure. Qualifications: attitude, communication, teamwork, workload management, focus/composure. Skills: AP-specific skills (surveillance, video, documentation, apprehension). Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Let's do that. Now we need to ensure we don't include boilerplate like "All other duties based on business needs" maybe include as responsibility? It's generic; could include but it's not specific. Might be okay to include but it's vague. Probably okay to include as a responsibility item. We must not include duplicated lines. We'll deduplicate. Now craft HTML. We'll need to escape any special characters? Not needed. Let's write.About the role
