Asset & Wealth Management - Tax Senior Manager
About the role
The role is within the Financial Services Tax practice, focusing on Corporate Tax services. Our team helps clients navigate the complex tax environment related to stringent capital requirements, operational tax risks, and tax implications of investing in different jurisdictions. You will help clients with their tax structuring and address the challenges of the continuously changing tax world.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage large-scale projects to achieve successful outcomes
- Innovate and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
- Maintain exceptional standards of operational excellence in every activity
- Interact with clients at a senior level to drive project success
- Build trust with multi-level teams and stakeholders through open communication
- Motivate and coach teams to solve complex problems
- Serve as a strategic advisor, leveraging specialized knowledge and industry trends
- Provide strategic input into the firm’s business strategies
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting
- 5 years of experience
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

- In-depth knowledge of compliance for financial partnerships
- Knowledge of structuring funds to limit tax liability
- Experience identifying and addressing client needs
- Building and utilizing networks of client relationships

Benefits
The salary range for this position is: $124,000 - $335,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
