Asset Supervisor

The Asset Supervisor is responsible for providing strategic operational oversight of production and support facilities, ensuring equipment, infrastructure, and assets are maintained in a safe, reliable, and efficient manner. They oversee facility performance, enforce safety, quality, and environmental standards, and drive continuous improvement. Key duties include managing routine operations, monitoring production outcomes, partnering with production teams to meet customer specifications, administering budgets, and developing operational plans. The role involves supervising and coaching direct reports, making personnel decisions, and ensuring compliance with safety and food safety policies. Qualifications include a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, strong leadership, communication skills, and experience in production, warehouse management, or related fields. Preferred qualifications encompass supervisory experience, SAP familiarity, process engineering, and project management skills.
