What you'll do as a Manufacturing Maintenance Mechanic II

  • Troubleshoot and maintain packaging and support equipment to ensure efficiency and quality.
  • Conduct line changeovers and make necessary adjustments per production schedule.
  • Execute PM tasks, identify issues, and correct mechanical/electrical problems.
  • Design, fabricate, and repair parts; operate lathes, milling machines, and other shop tools.
  • Support manufacturing personnel with process issues and train others on basic maintenance.

What makes you a good fit

  • A high school diploma or equivalent (Associate degree preferred)
  • 7+ years of mechanic experience in manufacturing
  • Advanced troubleshooting, welding, and machining skills
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs regularly; work in non-climate-controlled environment
  • Be able to work Sunday-Thursday 10:30 pm-6:30 am

Salary Information

The salary for this role is $25.00 - $40.00 plus up to shift differential $2.00. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
