3rd Shift Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team in Sussex, WI. The ideal candidate will have a passion for solving complex electrical and mechanical challenges and will be responsible for maintaining and improving our cutting-edge equipment.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair electrical/electronic systems and components
• Program PLCs and install new machinery
• Perform preventive and reactive maintenance on production equipment
• Manage parts inventory and source materials
• Support special projects and ensure timely completion
• Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to root cause analysis
• Promote safety and report any unsafe conditions
• Assist other departments and cross-train team members

Requirements

• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and use measuring instruments
• Proficiency with computer systems including Excel and SAP (preferred)
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Limited Lean manufacturing experience is a plus

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing maintenance role
