3rd Shift Maintenance Technician
About the role
The Maintenance Technician supports production operations by performing maintenance and repairs on mechanical equipment, including conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, and mechanical and hydraulic presses. This role is responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and maintaining all plant equipment using effective repair techniques and sound troubleshooting methods.
Responsibilities
- Support production operations for all maintenance and repairs for mechanical problems such as but not limited to conveyors, hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, mechanical and hydraulic presses.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and maintain all plant equipment through the application of sound troubleshooting techniques and repair methodology.
- Work from available mechanical drawings and equipment specifications and schematics.
- Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits / equipment.
- Have a grasp of basic welding principles.
- Perform preventive, predictive, and routine inspection maintenance.
- Able to drive a forklift, scissor lift / articulating arm boom truck.
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with applicable procedures, rules, and regulations.
Requirements
Manufacturing experience and maintenance experience is a plus. HS Diploma or a GED.

Skills
Basic understanding of hydraulic and pneumatic circuits / equipment. Have a grasp of basic welding principles.
