$22 to $24 per hour
Overview
Prospect Lake Wire is seeking a maintenance technician with experience and attention to detail to ensure the physical integrity of the property. Here are some benefits RAM offers:

Responsibilities
- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Completes make-readies
- Maintains property grounds and common areas
- Performs preventative maintenance
- Maintains a clean and organized shop and other work areas
- Provides a parts and material list weekly
- Assists in covering emergency calls with other team members
- Demonstrates customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors professionally
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
- Valid Driver’s license required
- EPA HVAC certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work flexible schedules, including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
