Responsibilities

• Performs preventive maintenance inspections of all facility – troubleshooting related equipment and systems; make repairs and adjustments as necessary.
• Performs moderate to complex electrical repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex plumbing repairs and modifications.
• Performs moderate to complex general carpentry.
• Performs general painting including spackling, hole repair, and dry wall replacement.
• Affords assistance with trash pickup and removal of the interior and exterior of the facility.
• Solves problems that are within the position's scope of authority and recommends courses of action to resolve problems that are beyond the scope of authority to the position’s supervisor.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Working knowledge in these areas – HVAC, electrical equipment, plumbing, commercial kitchen equipment, basic repairs, painting, and wallpaper.
• Excellent attention to detail and observational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Vocational or technical certifications in related fields preferred.
• Two (2) years’ work experience in related field.
• Must obtain and maintain a valid racing license.
• Must have a valid driver's license with minimum three (3) years of driving history.

Skills
