Maintenance Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs throughout the resort
• Troubleshoot and repair: Plumbing fixtures, Electrical components, HVAC systems, Kitchen and laundry equipment
• Complete painting, drywall, carpentry, and basic building repairs
• Replace lightbulbs, filters, switches, belts, and other components as needed
• Respond to guest and team member maintenance requests in a timely manner
• Inspect equipment and facilities to identify repair needs and safety concerns
• Maintain pools and related equipment as needed
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively
• Follow all safety, fire, and resort procedures

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance, facilities, or handyman experience preferred
• Hotel or resort maintenance experience is a plus
• Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Able to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
