About the role
Asset Manager responsible for overseeing the lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and decommissioning. Ensures accurate inventory, compliance with policies, and resource optimization.
Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end IT asset lifecycle and conduct asset audits.
- Verify asset details, locations, and statuses for data accuracy.
- Review incoming transactions and reconcile assets across accounts.
- Support local travel and temporary assignments for special projects.
- Collaborate within a team operating across a wide time window.
Qualifications
High school diploma with 11+ years, associate’s with 9+ years, or bachelor’s with 7+ years of experience.
Skills
- Expertise in customer and asset management regulations, policies, and tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Strong communication skills and ability to adapt to changing tasks.
- Experience leading teams or process improvements is preferred.
Clearance & Physical Requirements
- Must hold an active TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph.
- Ability to remain stationary, operate office equipment, and move equipment weighing over 50 pounds.
- Capability to ascend ladders and traverse buildings for maintenance tasks.
