Key Responsibilities

  • Administer the compliance and monitoring activities for County loans that support the development of attainable housing.
  • Collect financial and affordability reporting documents and use business systems to implement the work.
  • Interact and coordinate with borrowers, asset managers, property managers, property inspectors, accountants, and lawyers.
  • Calculate and collect loan payments and track loan balances.
  • Review and approve loan draw requests.
  • Cookordinate and communicate with departmental management and leadership to demonstrate ongoing compliance with loan agreements.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • Two (2) years of related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements

  • Successful candidates will undergo background checks as required.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record (driving records may be reviewed annually for continued qualification).
