Asset Manager
Job Description
Oversee multiple construction and rehabilitation projects simultaneously.
Manage daily communication with contractors, vendors, county officials, and other project stakeholders.
Cookordination project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion.
Monitor project progress and identify risks, developing solutions to keep projects on track.
Prepare and organize bid packets and assist with the bidding process.
Review project documentation, contracts, permits, and compliance requirements.
Present monthly project updates, budget summaries, and progress reports to executive leadership.
Track project expenses and assist with budget planning and forecasting.
Ensure projects comply with local, municipal, and housing development regulations.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, and community partners.
Collaborate with the Director of Asset Management on new development and rehabilitation initiatives.
Support the implementation of asset management policies, procedures, and best practices.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout each project's lifecycle.
Position Requirements
- Strong understanding of project budgeting and financial tracking.
- Experience preparing bid packages and coordinating vendor procurement.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, Real Estate, Project Management, or a related field.
- Experience with ACOM software.
- Affordable housing, multifamily, or real estate development experience.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
Pay
$20 to $22/hour
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
