Responsible for developing and implementing land planning strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability goals.

• Develops and implements comprehensive land planning strategies
• Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
• Monitors and evaluates land use trends and regulatory changes
• Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land planning or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
