Land Planner
Responsible for developing and implementing land planning strategies to support the company's growth and sustainability goals.
- Develops and implements comprehensive land planning strategies
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure alignment with overall business objectives
- Monitors and evaluates land use trends and regulatory changes
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in land planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications:
