Land Planner
Responsible for developing and implementing land use plans that align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements. This includes site selection, zoning compliance, and stakeholder engagement.
- Develops and implements comprehensive land use plans
- Ensures compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
- Engages with stakeholders to gather input and feedback
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Urban Planning, Landscape Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land planning or related field
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
