Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Landscape Architecture or related field, 3+ years of experience in land planning and development.

• Develops and implements comprehensive land use plans for new developments and expansions.
• Collaborates with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations and best practices.
• Conducts site assessments and prepares detailed site plans, including topographic surveys and environmental impact analyses.
• Manages project timelines and budgets, ensuring timely completion of projects within budget constraints.
• Works closely with clients and community members to gather input and feedback on proposed plans.
