Asset Management Analyst

About the Role

We are seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support ongoing IT Asset Management operations and multiple State of Good Repair (SOGR) lifecycle initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the client IT asset database and validate hardware inventories across multiple locations.
• Ensure accuracy of all asset records within ServiceNow.
• Review and refine existing asset management processes and procedures.
• Research new device models and part standards.
• Generate scheduled reporting to support compliance, audits, and executive oversight.
• Track computer-related assets throughout their lifecycle.
• Coordinate with IT field teams and end users.
• Support the implementation of new asset management tools, systems, and modules.

Requirements

• Experience with enterprise asset tracking, lifecycle management, inventory reconciliation, and data analysis.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other asset management platforms.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to support large-scale deployment and recovery initiatives.
