Real Estate Analyst, Asset ManagementThis Asset Management Analyst position is a key role within a rapidly growing real estate investment platform focused on generating strong risk-adjusted returns while investing in assets that address critical community needs across the United States. The firm acquires, develops, and manages investments in sectors that provide essential services and infrastructure to underserved and growing populations.The analyst will be responsible for overseeing the performance of the assets directly and helping establish the company's growing portfolio. This role requires a person who can adapt quickly and effectively manage multiple projects/duties. This position works closely with both senior leadership and the other branches of the firm to provide a collaborative, adaptive working environment.Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with colleagues to further develop strategic asset management plans and assist with the firm's deal flowOversee the financial performance of all assets under management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysisPrepare and present comprehensive asset performance reports to senior leadership and investorsLead asset management initiatives effectively and decisivelySustain quality standards at investment siteProvide analysis on both acquisitions and dispositionsMaintain a high level of competency and oversight at each asset siteAssist with transaction management process after acquisition of asset Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Education: Bachelor's Degree or international equivalent in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field with exceptional academic credentials.Experience: 1-3 years of finance experience in multifamily asset management, real estate investments or real estate private equity.Technical Skills: High level of expertise in Excel; ARGUS proficiency.Critical Thinking: Ability to apply critical thinking and research skills to develop market research in less common asset classes with limited commercial research data.Self-Motivation: Self-motivated and driven; ability to independently research, learn, evaluate, and respond to issues within the construct of asset management.Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail with impeccable integrity and trustworthiness.Travel: Willingness and ability to travel as required.Technical Proficiency: Expertise in PowerPoint.
