Asset Management Analyst

About the role

Mayvin is seeking an Asset Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marshals Service contract for the Judicial Security Division. This role requires strong organizational and analytical skills to maintain accurate asset records, manage inventory tracking systems, identify trends, resolve discrepancies, and support informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Must be a U.S. Citizen
• Must be able to undergo and pass a background investigation

Responsibilities

• Maintain a comprehensive inventory of Agency assets, including equipment, property, and other valuable items
• Planning for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal to ensure optimal utilization and longevity
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations and standards for asset management
• Engage in activities related to budgeting and forecasting for asset acquisition, maintenance, and disposal
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs to ensure assets are in good working order and operating efficiently
