Asset Management Analyst

About the role

We are seeking a highly analytical and motivated analyst to help oversee the financial and operational performance of a growing real estate portfolio, primarily focused on senior living communities. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience in real estate, financial analysis, business operations, and investment strategy.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial performance of properties including revenue, expenses, Net Operating Income (NOI), occupancy trends, and budget variances
• Track key operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) across the portfolio
• Identify under-performing assets and help develop action plans for improvement
• Auxiliary budgeting, forecasting, and long-term business planning
• Support acquisition, underwriting, and due diligence for potential new investments
• Research market trends, competitors, and pricing opportunities
• Prepare reports and presentations for ownership and executive leadership
• Auxiliary special projects related to growth, strategy, and operational improvements
• Help identify opportunities to improve processes using technology and automation tools

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Business, or related field preferred
• 1–3 years experience in financial analysis, operations, real estate, consulting, or similar role
• Strong Excel skills (financial modeling, pivot tables, lookups, formulas)
• Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with large datasets and identifying trends
• Interested in real estate investing, business operations, and strategy
• Curious mindset with willingness to learn and grow into leadership

Bonus Skills

• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or data visualization
• Experience using AI tools to improve workflows and reporting
• Real estate or healthcare industry experience is a plus
