Asset Based Lending Analyst I

Responsibilities
- Successfully complete training program and develop understanding of pitching, structuring, monitoring, and executing ABL transactions to targeted Fifth Third clients.
- Support day-to-day coverage, origination, and transaction management responsibilities for existing and prospective clients, including covered Sponsors.
- Prioritize and support a pipeline of ABL financing opportunities.
- Support underwriting approval and loan closing processes, including loan systems setup and administration and preparation of presentation materials for credit approval.
- Support monitoring and management of existing deals.
- Effectively manage time while supporting multiple opportunities, partnerships, and routines with key internal deal team members.
- Apply knowledge of credit analysis, asset-based lending, and capital markets activity.
- Successfully complete all required compliance training.
Requirements
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based immigration sponsorship now or in the future.
- Graduating Class of 2027.
- GPA 3.3 or higher.
- Experience or demonstrated interest in Corporate & Investment Banking, Leveraged Finance, and/or Capital Markets (a plus).
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
- Ability to multi-task while maintaining attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a time-sensitive environment.

Pay
Total Base Pay Range: $54,400.00 - $111,500.00 USD Annual.
The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education, and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business, and/or individual performance.
