A growing and highly regarded real estate law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney to join its Assessment Recovery practice group. This position focuses on representing community associations and related entities in matters involving assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, foreclosure actions, and other real property-related issues.

Responsibilities

• Represent community associations and related entities in assessment recovery, money judgments, bankruptcy proceedings, judgment execution, and foreclosure actions
• Manage a diverse caseload with strong organizational skills
• Engage in client contact and public speaking

Requirements

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school
• Admission to practice law in Ohio
• 2–5 years of litigation experience in HOA Collections and Recovery
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and legal case management software
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills

Qualifications

• Demonstrated dedication, professionalism, and strong work ethic
• Ability to manage a substantial caseload

Pay

$100,000 - $150,000 per year
