POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to focus on continuous improvement
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions

- Ability to work on jobs according to the due dates
- Ability to read bills of materials and drawings to determine material requirements
- Ability to read and understand blueprints
- Ability to interact with other team members to exchange information accurately
- Ability to assemble components
- Ability to follow work instructions
- Ability to observe all safety and security procedures
- Ability to use equipment and materials properly
- Ability to report potentially unsafe conditions
Physical Requirements
- Stand, walk, or be mobile for up to an eight-hour shift
- Ascend and push, and pull up to 50 lbs.
- Bend, twist and reach to check freight, stack boxes, and label
Work Environment: Factory shop floor
