Responsibilities

• Provides technical knowledge and support existing assembly systems.
• Manages tooling for assembly areas.
• Assists engineering in maintaining and improving processes and machines.
• Supports continuous training of shop floor personnel.
• Supports all Assembly department 5S and Lean initiatives.

Requirements

• Capable of lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Standing and walking for extended periods.
• Bending, stooping, kneeling, reaching, and handling objects frequently.
• Depth perception and near acuity necessary for certain tasks.
• Able to work around fuel mixtures, moving parts, and electrical power.

Qualifications

Pay

• Rate of pay starts at $29.87 per hour and progresses to $30.87 per hour.
• Night shift premium of $.50 additional per hour for second and third shifts.

Schedule

• Most positions start on 2nd or 3rd shifts (Monday through Friday).
• Hours are 2:45 pm. to 11:15 p.m. or 10:45 p.m. to 7:15 a.m.
