Responsibilities
- Assemble customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Assemble valves, valve components, and valve control systems according to work instructions and engineering drawings.
- Perform in-process inspections to verify product quality and conformance to specifications.
- Test valves and related assemblies to ensure proper functionality.
- Document production and testing activities as required.
- Troubleshoot assembly issues and escalate concerns when needed.
- Support the production team in meeting daily output and quality goals.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Follow all OSHA regulations, ISO standards, and PPE requirements.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- 1+ years of related assembly, manufacturing, or production experience preferred.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple to complex work instructions in English.
- Ability to read and follow assembly drawings and written/verbal instructions.
- Basic computer skills required.
- Ability to communicate effectively with a diverse team.
- Experience with valve assembly, mechanical components, or industrial manufacturing is a plus.

Physical & Work Environment Requirements
- Ability to move throughout all areas of the facility.
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk continuously and perform job functions for a full shift with a meal break.
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, reach, twist, lift, push, pull, climb, balance, crouch, and handle materials as needed.
- Ability to lift and move items up to 75 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to work around heavy equipment and in a production/warehouse environment.
- May be exposed to varying temperatures and loud noise; appropriate protective equipment is provided.
