Assembly Specialists in Georgetown, TX
Key Responsibilities
- Perform basic assembly of electronic or mechanical components on production lines
- Follow standard work instructions, SOPs, and assembly guidelines
- Inspect parts and assembled units for defects or quality issues
- Ensure correct placement and handling of materials and components
- Maintain production output targets and efficiency standards
- Report any assembly errors, equipment issues, or material shortages
- Maintain a clean and safe work area by following 5S and safety standards
- Support the production team with line balancing and general tasks as needed
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- One year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of assembly or production processes (plus)
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
