Assembly Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an Assembly Specialist to join our 2nd Shift team. This role involves building, testing, and repairing high-quality pumps, as well as logistics and finishing tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build & Test: Assemble, unitize, test, and repair high-quality pumps.
• Logistics & Finishing: Pick and paint parts, and prepare units for shipment.
• Craftsmanship: Build custom wood crates and skids to keep our products safe during transit.
• Collaborate: Train team members and share your expertise as needed.

Requirements

• Mechanical Aptitude: Enjoy working with your hands and understand how things fit together.
• Technical Skills: Ability to read blueprints and use basic computer/technology systems.
• Foundational Skills: Strong reading, writing, and basic math skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay & Schedule

• Pay Rate: $27.40/hour + $1.00 shift premium.
• Schedule: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM.
