Assembly Specialist

About the role

We are seeking detail‑oriented Assembly Specialists – Assistant Operators for our Cylinder/Tubs facility. You will play a critical role in the assembly process, ensuring each product meets our high‑quality standards. This is a light manufacturing position in a clean, climate‑controlled environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble products with close attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ensure the correct containers and product codes are used for all orders.
• Move completed boxes weighing up to 25 lb regularly and raw material boxes weighing up to 45 lb occasionally.
• Perform repetitive tasks and remain standing in place for extended periods.
• Accurately record scrap material data in production logs.
• Participate in regular cleaning, including rotating responsibilities for break‑room and restroom maintenance.
• Follow all company policies, including staying onsite during the paid 30‑minute lunch break and adhering to tobacco‑free property guidelines.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable with occasional lifting of 25–45 lb.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Able to read, write, and complete basic production logs.
• Team player willing to help maintain a safe and clean workplace.
• Must be able to participate in a formal interview process.

Additional information: Smoking, vaping, or any tobacco use is strictly prohibited anywhere onsite. Lunch must be taken onsite; a paid 30‑minute lunch break is provided. Reliable transportation is required.
