What’s a Typical Day as Assembly Specialist?
- Performing assembly and production activities according to established procedures and work instructions
- S supporting manufacturing plans including quantities, costs, and production timing
- Coordinating with maintenance teams to maximize production capacity
- Complying with all health, safety, and environmental protection programs
- Identifying and resolving recurring issues within your work area
- Exchanging job-related information with supervisors and co-workers
- Assisting and providing guidance to new team members
What’s Required?
- A high school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Less than one year of related manufacturing or assembly experience (preferred, not required)
- Demonstrate reliability, strong attention to detail, and commitment to attendance
- Follow detailed instructions, rules, and established processes
- Comfortable working under close supervision in a structured environment
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job (reasonable accommodations available)
