Position Details

Location: Statesville, NC
Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Schedule, Every Other Weekend Required
1st Shift: 7:45 AM – 8:00 PM – $16.00 per hour
2nd Shift: 7:45 PM – 8:00 AM – $18.00 per hour
Pay Schedule: Weekly pay every Friday

Job Responsibilities

• Feed materials into production machinery
• Mix resin and other production materials
• Move rolls of film onto pallets
• Assist Machine Operators with machine setup
• Enter production data into the computer system
• Perform quality control inspections
• Move and handle materials throughout the production area
• Push, pull, and lift materials weighing up to 55 lbs.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area
• Follow all company safety and production procedures

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse, manufacturing, or production experience preferred
• Must be able to work a 12-hour rotating schedule
• Must be available to work every other weekend
• Ability to push, pull, and lift up to 55 lbs.
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Steel-toe shoes are required

Important Facility Policies

This is a 100% tobacco-free facility. Employees may not leave the premises during their shift to smoke or vape.

The following items are not permitted during working hours: jewelry, smartwatches, piercings (piercings cannot be covered with a bandage and must be completely removed before beginning work). Strong perfumes and fragrances are also not permitted.

Safety glasses and hearing protection will be provided by the company.
